SERVICES OFFERED

Lubafi offers services that include the promotion and delivery of digital keys and digital goods for third-party programs in single-player mode. Please note that some of our products may be against the Terms of Service of other companies, and it is your responsibility to decide whether you wish to use our products and accept the risk of being banned on their website for violating their TOS.

PAYMENTS

We use worldwide accepted third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to you. By using our services, you authorize us to charge fees through your designated payment processing account. You must provide us with valid and current billing information. If we detect any chargeback or if any payment is not received by us for any reason, you will promptly pay us any and all amounts due to us upon notice. Please note that all payment data is stored by the third-party payment processor, and by using any of these payment gateways, you accept their respective Terms of Use and Service and Privacy Policy.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

Once you place an order, we will authorize the digital key and digital products for you. Delivery may take up to 14 business days from the time payment has been received. If delivery takes longer than this, you have the right to request a refund.

REFUND POLICY

You are not allowed to make any sort of alterations to the price or the amount paid for our products or services. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements, and other solutions if we deem it necessary. We are responsible only for our own items and services. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us through our support center or any of our contact methods. Our team will decide whether or not to approve the refund. If a refund is approved, we have 14 business days to debit the amount that you paid to the payment method used for the purchase, excluding any fees, commissions, or external costs such as bank fees.

WARRANTY

Please be advised that, while your warranty is currently active, we reserve the right to deny any replacement or other forms of compensation for any reason. By purchasing virtual items and digital goods from us, particularly license keys, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a software license that may no longer receive updates if the software owner discontinues support. If this occurs, we regret that we cannot provide refunds, as the keys have already been redeemed and the software utilized. The key you purchase from Lubafi is intended to be valid for the software's lifetime. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any virtual items or digital goods that become damaged, inaccessible, or deleted due to various reasons, including but not limited to game drops, lags, rollbacks, patches, or any self-transfers. In the case of accounts, we cannot offer any assistance if you have changed the login information and subsequently used cheats or hacks that have resulted in a ban. Finally, we would like to remind you that our warranty only covers replacements for products or services that are still valid at the time of claim.

UPDATES

Lubafi reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, terminate, upgrade, update or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and without notice. Any changes will be displayed on the Site, and we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any update indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

USER AGREEMENT

By using, purchasing, or simply viewing our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of service set forth by our company. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or any of its services.
